Conversation is the spark that can set your business on fire –
Word of Mouth (WOM) marketing is the most powerful tool for marketing your business. Generating positive WOM is on the top of most businesses “To Do†lists. That’s why those fast food restaurants offer smiles for Free.
But how do you generate positive WOM for your businesses?
First, you need to have a remarkable offer – this doesn’t need to be elaborate, sometimes it’s the small things that are remarkable. Second, you need to get into the conversation – understand what your costumers liked, and what they didn’t, be open to this conversation. Finally, acknowledge the conversation, and explain why or why not you’ll be making changes.
Now, I would love to say it’s as easy as 1,2,3 – but it’s not as difficult as many think. You can unleash the power of WOM by being open, engaging your costumers, and giving them something positive to talk about.
